The ACT2 Online Workout combines the elements of scene study with on-camera and audition technique to provide a powerful workout for today's actors. Our specialized format fully maintains the integrity of the work done in the studio while allowing actors to discover new levels of growth in their craft in sync with today's casting professionals and the on-set experience.
Utilizing the online platform, actors work relaxation, sensory, private moment and other exercises as well as all the elements needed to work on-camera and book work in TV and film.
As with the work done in the studio, movement techniques are integrated to help artists connect movement to impulse in an authentic way ensuring that the vocal and emotional connection as well as the body are all telling the same story. With the focus on process, actors are encouraged to make brave truthful choices.
Sessions are ongoing, once a week for four weeks.

Online Workout I
Online Workout I sessions work text analysis and introduce relaxation, sensory and other exercises. Artists have either just graduated from a full time acting program, or have a few years of training with a coach, or are already working in the industry but new to this style of acting. Two separate classes are available Monday and Tuesday nights.
